Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
In case of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within:

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping offered on all Prepaid orders.

For other orders, shipping charges Rs 100 will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message/email with tracking details so you can track your package in real time.
Delivery Issues
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate. AfraTafri will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect information.
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately with details.
