At AfraTafri, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The item is returned with original tags and packaging

  • The product is not damaged by the customer

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges for eligible products.

  • Exchange requests must be placed within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, you may opt for a refund.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product received in damaged or defective condition

  • Size issues (if exchange is not preferred)

Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, the refund or exchange process will be initiated.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during final sale or special clearance

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

  • Products that show signs of use

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Share your order number and reason for return/exchange

  3. Our team will guide you through the pickup or return process
